Not sure if this is good or bad. Most things that can't be recycled don't say so, so in a way this is an improvement. One of the things that bugs me is not knowing whether something goes in the bin or the recycling. But it's also hard to read and possibly just there to claim some green kudos, even if the company is only 'thinking about it' and not actually doing anything.
